Neurodiversity in Law is looking for 6 volunteers to assist the work of the Executive Committee. As the organisation gains further traction, we need individuals to help with creative elements of our work. The volunteers will work with executive members to bring new ideas to the table about how to do even more with the platform we have built, and to help with special projects throughout the year. The only requirement for volunteers is that they are or become members of the organisation prior to the application deadline.
Volunteering gives an opportunity for our members to contribute to an ever-growing movement that is making significant change in the legal world. Also, volunteering experience with the organisation will be a requirement to stand for executive office in the future.
If you are interested in applying for our volunteer programme, please send a CV along with a brief covering email to: info@neurodiversityinlaw.co.uk. In your covering email, please ensure you provide details of your skill sets (e.g. experience in marketing, outreach work, administrative duties), and what roles you have held in the past. The applications will then be reviewed, and those who pass on to the next stage will then be invited for an interview with three members of the executive.
Finally, on Friday 19th February, applicants will have an opportunity to meet members of the executive, to discuss their work so far in the organisation, and to hear more about what we do on a day to day basis.
The deadline for applications is 17:00 on Monday 1st March 2021. We look forward to hearing from you!
