As part of our launch, we have been interviewing neurodivergent legal professionals to find out how their conditions have formed their lives and careers. These interviews will be released periodically, along with the executive team’s own stories.
We hope that by being open we can help promote a discussion amongst the legal professions and positively influence their view of neurodivergent individuals. We strongly believe that each neurodivergent individual is an asset to their profession.
Finally, we hope that by releasing interviews with a broad selection of conditions and experiences we can help encourage earlier testing and provide solidarity to those who might feel like they are experiencing difficulties alone.
