WHO ARE WE?

We are a neurodivergent-led charity, and entirely volunteer-driven by legal professionals and students.

We were created to raise awareness, provide support, and reduce the stigma associated with neurodivergence in the legal profession.

It started with a tweet.

A chance connection sparked between a group of aspiring and qualified legal professionals, united by a powerful intersection of lived experience and allyship.

Together, they recognised a critical gap in the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion landscape of the legal professions.

Their shared vision was clear and urgent: to promote, support, and destigmatise neurodivergence in the legal profession.

OUR MISSION

We are building a community of neurodivergent individuals within the legal profession, creating a safe space to share experiences and seek support.

We aim to educate our community and the broader profession while conducting research into the lived experiences of neurodivergent legal professionals.

Through this work, we seek to advocate for and influence change in the wider profession because there is strength in all minds and ways of thinking, and no mind should be left behind.

All of our work is led and delivered by neurodivergent trustees and volunteers. We are a diverse collective drawn from across the legal profession – from students and barristers to paralegals and solicitors – united by a shared commitment for change.

Our strength lies in our lived experience and shared commitment to creating meaningful change. Each team member brings unique perspectives and personal insights into neurodiversity, driving our mission forward with passion and authenticity.
