We welcome mentors from all the legal professions, but are particularly looking for established barristers, solicitors and judges. There are no further requirements and you do not have to be neurodivergent.

Depending on the time you can offer, we may ask for your assistance with:

    • CV clinics on specific dates;
    • Panel events and talks;
    • One-to-one mentoring with students.

There is no minimum requirement for commitment.

We need mentors from all different types of legal practice – criminal, family, public law, commercial and chancery, company law, PI, professional negligence, human rights, administrative law, and so on. At present, we are looking for qualified barristers and solicitors to volunteer as mentors.  We will launch the scheme to aspiring lawyers when we have a sufficient number of mentors across the practice areas.

To become a mentor, please send an email to our team, including your name, contact details and what you would like to get involved with.
